The labret IANA piercing is made of Titanium and Zirconium. 

A butterfly with zirconium oxide-encrusted wings sits on a flat-bottomed dowel in the shape of a flower. For the body of the butterfly, you can choose between three different colors : aurora borealis, red or black. The push-in clasp makes it easy to insert the piercing.
